Glendevin is surrounded by woodland where the visitor can enjoy the sight of visiting roe deer, the occasional red squirrel and a variety of garden birds. Inchree is a red squirrel hot spot and there is a specially made squirrel viewing screen in the car park where the forestry commission walks begin.
Inchree offers spectacular marked walks which meander around waterfalls and through woods with views over Loch Linnhe to the islands. The lucky visitor may glimpse a pair of golden eagles in the distance.
For the food gourmet there are several excellent restaurants in the area and less than 100 yards from Glendevin the "Four Seasons Bistro" is one of the best. The Scottish Seafood Restaurant of the year – the Lochleven Seafood Café – is only a few miles away and definitely well worth a visit if you are keen on seafood.
Children are always made welcome and there is a small play park opposite the house and the stream and woods offer an exciting play area for younger children.
All rooms are tastefully furnished and have tea/coffee making facilities, central heating and hairdryers. There are original art works on show throughout Glendevin including paintings, textiles and pieces of jewellery designed and created by Judy.
All rooms have a digital television which offers about 120 television and radio channels. There is also a DVD player in each room. Guests are also welcome to use the television lounge which has Sky Sports 1 and 2 and ESPN. Ironing facilities are available on request. Well behaved dogs are welcome by previous arrangement.
Glendevin is strictly a non-smoking establishment. Adequate off street parking is available.
