The kitchen is spacious and modern; there is an electric oven and hob, a dishwasher, a microwave and a large American style combination fridge and freezer. The dining area is separate from the kitchen; it is so large that it has a sliding panel wall so you can change to two small dining areas if you prefer. The dining area includes a large dining table and six small tables which can be placed together if required. A high chair is also provided.
The ground floor also boasts a utility room with two washing machines and two tumble driers. There is also a ground floor WC, and a large outdoor decking area which is fully enclosed.
The first floor is smaller, comprising of only the two bedrooms and the bathroom, but the extra space is filled by a first floor large decking area which is accessed from the upstairs landing. The balcony has several outdoor dining tables and chairs as well as two fixed barbeques. The views across the hills and mountains are incredible, and provided the rain stays away, this al fresco dining location is unforgettable.
